@ODIN put it like this, I'm not joining unless I know whether the Cypher tourney will be ran or not. I know u prolly have no take in it but @Mindless did kinda ghost once the list got filled

I doubt @Mindless was ghosting you at all. Mans busy with real life shit, like most of us. The cypher tourney still needs to have an actual finished concept though and how it'll be judged/voted on. Is there to be a rubric type of voting to be applied similar to the Topicals?

I'd say finish the idea in full first before expecting it to start.

As for not joining a tourney until your one starts is funny.
