Fighting Types are Useless. They are non effective against most types and most types can damage them heavily.
Ice types, Forget em. Get a water type instead. All watertypes can learn ice type moves plus u are immune to fire whereas ice types are useless against fire.
And Dragon type's a must go. They can learn all types of moves and they receive no damage from almost all types (except ice and dragon).
...Plus u need a water type to teach it surf, otherwise u can't move on
