what exactly is the HIIT thing , can u gimme the basics of what u did for 12 weeks? i'll do the same thing and be jacked like this guy in the picture, so far i just chill on the treadmil for 10-15 mins a few days a week and lift random weights but nothing with intensity, how do i incorporate high intensity into my workouts?



and to vitrol. i'm to lazy to make account elsewhere and letsbeef has alotta emcees who stay fit so i'm interested how they manage their success
