Wether the old and new testiment were actually different times or not I'm also not sure. Perhaps Jews only receivd the old testiment or something.

I am very very sceptical about it, but like I did years ago, I don't want to make myself a complete disbeliever.

I believe you're referring to Horus, also, don't forget the 100's of other mythical characters in and around the Mediterranean who share the same story as Jesus.
