Exclusive member's pay for there Exclusive, if THEY choose not to use it, then they choose not to use it. It is there if they decide to use it.
As for exclusive tournaments, they can only happen if the exclusive member's actually battle in the Exclusive arena, but they don't...why? Cos no one battles there.
The ONLY way to get it poppin, is stop talking fucking shit about it an battle fellow exclusive members, then advertise the shit out of it around LB. (By these battles i mean Good top tier Quality battles...after a few of these, they'll generate there own buzz about the exclusive)
