It's definitely a difference...we don't all read at the same tempo, speeding up or slowing down while delivering a bar changes the sounds of words...cadence also changes the sound of your multis, a rhythm...keeping a count between and within your bars...Not all readers know what the count is, but rather searching for the end-rhymes while reciting the text (caps), which is different than a "text flow"...which I give an example of in my battle with Sin, unimpeded...vs my battle with Phropro, which I chop up my syllables.

You should post some audio for us to check out...
