It's not tournament....it's like a PPV card. It's not LBT related.....there are no titles or anything. Giving 10 credits for participation, 20 for winning....lack of available votes lately reduces activity to almost nil. Hopefully its a short term stimulus package.
This is basically a test to see if there are still enough people to organize something at the most basic level. Seems like it's working a little bit. It'd be good to get back on a tournament schedule in 2017...maybe have a weekly league of sorts...but we haven't been able to get 8-16 people to buy into even a single event for months. Baby steps
