Someone can drop 99% ok votes and the 1 shitty vote they drop can get their VP lowered and earn them a reputation as a shitty voter. There should be some system or mechanism to routinely raise the VP of rehabilitated voters. A lot of times when folks get their VP lowered, they're not even informed or made aware of it so they know what they did wrong. How can someone change their ways if they don't know what they did wrong or that they've even been punished? When there are too many folks with 0 or 1 VP, it's bad for the site imo.
But they are made aware of it, as I said. They're infracted as well as VP being lowered.

Also VP doesn't get lowered for one bad vote, its lowered for those who are acting the cunt with their voting.
