If you post an open, it’s open to all and any challengers. You cannot demand someone follow your theme. If you want to do a themed style battle, cool. Hit someone up so you know you’ve got one. It certainly isn’t a rule that the responder must follow the others theme. Since LB been up, you post an open, shit better be fire cause anyone can take that.

What they are talking about - the entire purpose of that battle is to see who is better in that descriptive category.
And you post it as an open to see who actually has the skills to quickly respond to that descriptive battle.

That’s the thing though, the person submitting said open has had far more time to work on their theme than the person responding to said theme, thus meaning the responder is automatically at a disadvantage.
