You know what, minus the cutting the beats up (Which is a good idea tbh) This sums up my ventures scouring the net for those beats that just make you wanna write some shit. You know what I mean that shit. No matter how blocked or lacking inspiration it gets you right in the mood and the juices flowing.

I end up hitting the same brick wall as you. It's not just youtube though.

I remember SoundClick and Dat Piff used to be RIPE with nice instrumentals.

Now it's like everyone wants to be a trap producer.

I can sift through 20 tapes and find maybe 1 or 2 that have a few nice beats I can work with. The rest just sound the same with all the electronic synths with no progression and 808's/

I can't find shit.

Only time I can find something is if I go back in time and revert to shit I probably wrote a million times for already and it just gets old.

I'm tired of wading through garbage.
