-lets say you have a workout plan of doing 30 reps of 3 sets pullups on mon. wed. and fri. and have a workout plan of doing 40 reps of 2 sets of leg crunches on tues. and thurs.

-i did my normal reps on thurs. and i wanted to get some extra work in, but i strained my shoulder sleeping...so is it a difference in the risk level of workin out again if i strained it sleeping or strained it exercising??

-because i kno if u strain a muscle exercising then u shud stay off of it, but sleeping i dunno..any help??

-lol i slept on my shoulder the wrong way...i think my arm was hangin off the side of the couch in a backwards bent kinda way..i found out tho so its cool
