Both of the texters in this battle. On both sides, you had some pretty interesting concepts that were executed for a solid hit. I thought one had bars that were stronger, and really had the "wait, wha - OOOOOOHHH" factor that makes for a very hard-hitting jab. However, I also thought the way that a couple of his setups weren't really related to the concept (though all of his ending punches were) was a minor, albeit noticeable, flaw. As for the other battler, I didn't really like the direction you tried to take with this verse in the way that a lot of your verse made it seem like there was an actual fight going on between the characters. I thought it was a bit distracting from the concept of assassinating your opponent's character, though it did provide material for some good stuff. Overall, I thought both had some minor flaws, but still did their thing. One of the contestants edged it on the basis of better concepts. Fair's in, high 7 - mid 7 Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Mississippi line and Pokemon line were highlights. One I just felt was smoother in his transitions w/ the concept given So that he had more impact in each punch. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Very nice drops...both had good multis, concepts and punches...this 1 comes down to a couple lines i feel hit the hardest in the battle...fv is in gl guys Voted: Yes (Hidden)

I'm probably going to get flamed for where my vote goes. I felt that one of them had a weaker start but picked up steam as the verse went on. I give it to this guy for the gradual build and an ending to the verse that really hammered in the last nail to the coffin. He wasn't too far ahead, though--My loser didn't fall behind at all. His consistent verse strung together with a number of beautifully crafted multis put out blows that I think were fantastically executed. What didn't score him my vote, though, was the strength behind those punches. While fresh, they simply did not have the impact to match the verse he was up against. Fair's in. Voted: Yes (Hidden)
