This will be a 22 man tournament where contestants will be given the same link to an actual current battle to vote on, and they will then be rated on how well they voted. If they are deemed the better voter, they can advance to the next round.
A battle from the Text V.A.T *VOTING THREAD* will be assigned to each contestant. Once your battle is available, I will create a card thread with the battle link. You and your opponent must vote on the battle then paste your vote, expo and rating in the card thread. The judges will also analyse your votes in the card thread. There will be a public poll attached to each card thread, however, the judges' ruling will supercede the results of the public polls.

Either left or right may vote first, however, both contestants must vote before the battle closes. You will be assigned battles that open on the same day to give you the maximum time to vote (3 days). In the event that both contestants no-show, left will be considered the loser and right will advance.
Battles close after all 3 judges have dropped their analyses. If one judge no-shows, Battle will be determined based on the analyses of two judges and a public poll. There may be replacement judges.

Im little confused Sun, What exactly will i personally be doing? I thought i was perhaps critiquing votes. (If this is an easy answer that i perhaps missed while reading, please excuse my idiocy)

Its structured a little differently because it is a 22-man tourney as opposed to a binary number (8,16,32 etc). You as well as a few other contestants will actually have your debut voting battle in Round 2. It's hard to make out in the little graphic I made, but your name is on the right side and you will be opposing @Ill Phenom in Round 2.

It's hard to make out in the little graphic I made, but your name is on the right side and you will be opposing @Ill Phenom in Round 2.

You will be participating as a normal participant meaning you and your opponent will be given the same battle link to vote on. Not everyone who is participating is in need of having their vp raised. Participating means you are helping all of us to learn what good voting is. No one's vp will be lowered as a result of this tournament. It will only be raised (if needed), and there will also be some emcee items awarded at the end of this tourney...maybe even a title or an award (I haven't decided yet). You can still help in critiquing the other battles that you're not involved in when the card threads are opened.
