You're speaking German to me fam lol. I'm a UFC guy, Not really into boxing. Only watch the big names when they're on cause TV in America is in the shitter right now. Nothing worth watching, really.
I think Alvarez will give Floyd his best fight he's had so far. But all things considered, Floyd is still a very defensive boxer and likes to run around the ring. Canelo's best chance is to push Floyd into a corner and not let him duck and run like Floyd likes to do. I'm excited for that fight.

@ InCizion, until now I've never thought that about Floyd. Since Mayweather beat Hatton, he had every fight with ease before it even started imo. He's still the favourite here, but there's a few things Canelo could trouble him with.
Chainz, I'm the same these days as well tbh. As much as I love boxing, UFC is more exciting and they get the fights we want to see on.

Should be some good fights.... Boxing has taken somewhat of a backseat to UFC...that's for sure.. but there is nothing better than a stand up fight.. UFC usually ends on the groud which get's boring after awhile....

The more into MMA you are, the less boring it is. When you start to see a sweep like a hook or a guard pass like a jab, it gets more interesting.

Yea, Golovkin is no joke @ RULE @ EtH... Triple G wants to fight Andre Ward (so does Froch) cuz Ward holds the belt. I don't think EITHER of them really want Golovkin, he's the Kazistani Ivan Drago, Lol. All he does is crush niggas. His amateur pedigree is outstanding, & dudes won 95% of his fights by KO. That's some video game shit
Ward already said he's not gonna fight Froch again cuz Froch wants too much $$$. He's coming off that injury too, so I don't think he'll want Golovkin either. He's gonna take a tune-up fight & try to get Kelly Pavlik again (who he was scheduled to fight before the injury). Regardless, Gennady Golovkin is gonna put down WHOEVER they put in front of him. & u don't have to worry about him fighting Floyd, he's too heavy... I CAN'T WAIT for that Floyd vs. Canelo fight in September though. Money May has his hands full with Alvarez. However, Alvarez had no chance on the cards, he's gonna have to KO Floyd to take that belt. We shall see

Froch's 100% goal is to fight Ward. He's got a MUCH bigger chance of beating Golovkin than he does Ward, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Froch fight Golovkin instead of say the likes of George Groves. Just like at Froch's last what? 9 fights? I can't pick a fighter who's got a more stacked last 9 fights in the world.
Ward won't fight Golovkin. That's almost a fact.
You make a good point that Canelo will struggle on the cards. I never really considered that before, but the judges will more most likely to vote for the "all time greatest" over the "up and comer".

Froch is definitely battle tested. He finished 2nd to in that Round Robin tournament with all those dudes: him, Ward (who won it), Kessler, Devon Alexander, I think Jermaine Taylor was even in that shit before he retired, Lol... That's the type of shit Boxing needs more of, the "Elites" fighting eachother. Mandatory opponents. No ducking, no promotional bullshit, just the top niggas knuckling up. That's what the Sweet Science is all about @ EtH
I wonder what kind of odds Vegas is gonna give Alvarez betters. If it's like 4 to 1, 5 to 1, I'll drop a little $50 on Canelo. See if I can come up a few hundred. I already got a party setup at my crib for that fight, can't fucking wait

Boxing has always been about ducking each other though. I think it was Don King who lied about the fees just to get Tyson and Lewis in there together. I don't understand how it's such a business. Boxers earn SO much money, that they could easily fight for free and live easily, if they weren't stupid with their spending. Here's a comment from Travis Browne regarding the pay of UFC fighters, which is largely considered to be very low;
"Everybody has a choice. You don't have to fight. You don't have to be in this business, just like if I want to wake up and eat oatmeal instead of cream of wheat, it's my choice. I'm doing alright for myself, and I'm taking care of my family. I know what I'm getting myself into. It's not like their promising me a million and giving me 10 grand. I signed on the dotted line, and I'm doing what I want to do. I'm able to take care of my family and provide, and that's success for me."
On MUCH less money, he is happy with the amount he is being given. A boxer should be more than happy to prove he is the best in the world. Tyson Fury asking for 80/20 over David Haye is literally INSANE. Now I know he's a known ducker, but really? Haye being one of the most popular fighters in the world today, and Fury being unknown to the majority of non UK fans. He's asking for that amount of money because he's scared of his precious record. That's what boxing has become.
Yeah I'll be dropping like €50 on Alvarez as well. Those would be about the odds I go for.
Although I need to watch it streaming because of bullshit Primetime. EVERYONE JUST FUCKING SIGN WITH SKY!
