Until either me or you have the ability to make titles ourselves. I'm un decided on whether or not FVC 1's should be given as the whole 3rd party thing will make it a pain in the ass striping none active members of their titles. So for now, (Chances are) they won't be awarded.

Yeah thats it... this whole middle man process with titles is fucking head wrecking lol.... as for the awards... thats no problem with me.... More of a notice for everyone on LB to stop requesting them as im not giving them out..
