Your reminding them. If you do enough and your comfortable with that you shouldn't need too. It's that simple. I don't think in my entire time on the site I've seen a staff member, Ex or Active at the time nominate himself for praise. It's corny. Thats why I look at the yearly nomination threads and cringe when people nominate themselves. Maybe it's just me. I don't do the whole circle jerk thing. Thats why I don't participate in them (I might have done 1, because it was new and novel, but I think even thats a stretch, I'm just covering my ass in case you go evidence hunting
