.. Can't really use the ''chem-trails'' theory because I live in Philadelphia and the snow's normal (I think.) And if that was the case, chem-trails are claimed to be everywhere. And @Subreal.. there's planes that can flight higher than you can see, just saying. I doubt that's what it is, but just saying. Who knows, this Earth's going to shit.
