Mass production isn't specifically greed. Supply and demand. Coke isn't staying on shelves until it's out of date. People buy coke instantly. So they have to keep creating more product to appease the people.
Globlal Warming is real, and it's man's fault, but man is simply evolving the way we were supposed to. You can't blame a cow for producing toxic methane gas anymore than you can blame man for his factories. We evolve to invent, develop and promote convenience for ourselves. Always have, always will.
