@RULE would my opponent get more time if he doesn't shows up in 48 hrs after i posted?

I posted on Jan 8 10:28. though it is almost 60+ hours late, i guess he got equal time since its no flipping. So if he makes an argument of I got more time than him then that wont be valid tbh. Coz in no flipping battles the responder gets more time than the sender technically.

Its almost 27 hrs since I have sent and I hope he shows up on time.
If he doesnt show up in 48 I hope he would be DQ'd and not given any further extension. thanks
