The VP system is easy to read. Ignore the # of votes, and sum up the VPs instead - so if one guy has VP 10 and votes for person 1, it counts as 10 "votes". The other guy gets 8 votes with VP 0 for each, that counts for nothing.

I agree the *display* could probably be better, but I think the system works (except, apparently, when EVERYONE has VP 0, lol).
