@Godbody , I have seen in person what you are referring to… crazy hood rat mom's pimping out their children, getting money for their lead paint brain trauma (another result of their parental neglect) then spending it on themselves instead of getting the kid help, moving everytime a truancy case is filed or ducking Child Protective Services…

(He easily could have just robbed and ransacked her store then waited till she got insurance money from that, and stolen it too without the violent crime, but that is also making the silly assumption she had her business insured)
