It would be alot easier if there was a open stream of new talent comin in.. that would provoke catts to create and really strive.. but with the way it is today.. you'll see a break out crew every 3yrs if that... cus right now every NICE talent is already settled in the crew they are in.. Trust me, I'm goin thru it now.. It'll take time for a noob crew to attract, elevate each member, and make a good stamp on the crew arena.. It sucks..
