RULE but my take, and I say this no comin at you or anything cause that's not how I am I'd just like to get your perspective I guess, but I dont feel its necessary nor Professional if your workin for the site to have to make a pre-emptive post about disciplinary action taken on a member of our community. You approached this like your giving an unannounced press conference, I feel like sportscenter is going to show "BREAKING NEWS" and we see the media wit cameras rollin and flashes snappin and you informing us you cut a player or Fired a Coach before that player or coach even knows haha..And now your opening it up to a Q&A for some reason when you know its going to get out of control. If you were to ban me you would make no mention of it like this. Why could'nt you just have not said anything except reffer to someone replacing ETH in running the Topical Tourney and thats it. You already "won" so to speak with the actual Banning so if you truly dont care what people have to say and whatnot than why would you give them a forum to do so? You ban behind closed doors, conferr with the other administrators and move along, but you seem to be showing your personal satisfaction with the whole thing by parading it around which concerns me because I realize this site is very very unfair but when Admin is doing songs and dances over this in a public forum, the integrity factor is plummetting..Seems nonsensical is all....Again im not taking sides but since you opened this up im curious to see your perspective...thanks
