Default I'm a Chef (Gym heads)

So I'm currently hitting the gym hard as fuck and I started my 'bulking period' at the beginning of October (I've put on 4lbs since then); I always eat atleast 6 meals a day and try to avoid anything sweet like Chocolate for example - Reason being that it fucks up my appetite (literally 1 mars bar at around mid-day could kill my appetite for the rest of the day, kinda weird) But I always, always have my Chocolate flavoured Protein/weight gain drink about an hour before bed.

But this whole "gaining weight" thing is a tedious endeavour when you are basically eating nothing but Carbs 24/7 (Rice, bread, potatoes, pasta)..

So although, as said above, 'sweet' foods are cautiously avoided - I FUCKIN LOVE ME A GOOD OLD SUGAR RUSH, I mean unless you're lactose intolerant or diabetic, who doesn't?

So here's what I did - I replaced the boring plain chocolate protein & water mixture with a much tastier and more appealing beverage

-3 Scoops of Ice-cream (Flavour of your choice)
-A 'decent' amount of plain greek yoghurt (you'll know if it's too much or too little)
-About the same amount of milk as you would have with your cereal
-2 Scoops of peanut butter
-3 Scoops of Protein/Weight Gain

BLEND!

I'm telling you if you're serious about the whole healthy lifestyle and if like me, you are looking to pack on a few pounds, then this would be the much more desirable option instead of just a plain, boring protein drink.

I'M ON MY HULK ISH

Told you I'm a Chef too
