One thing I suggest everyone to do is meditate, regardless of what you believe in

If you don't fck around and you take it seriously, you'll get results ASAP. Sometimes even the first time.

After I started meditating my dreams have been very very symbolic

I had a dream where a snake bit my left hand and it turned black. First time I ever had a dream like that. Looked it up and it was said that the dream symbolized someone that was jealous of me or it could be spiritual enlightenment

The night after I had a dream and all I remember is seeing a glowing white pair of eyes. People are mixed on this.. Some say its an angel, others say its a demon. Others, again, say it represents enlightenment and self insight

Those are just two examples. Whenever I meditate and I have a symbolic dream I try my hardest to remember it and decipher it, as I'm a believer in dreams being messages sent to us in our sleeping life from our sub conscious mind
