Default Compulsory Character Limit for Precise votes

As the title suggests, this is the Idea that I have got.
As we vote up on text battles, there isn't any compulsion for word limit to be followed in the comment box. Hence the votes are more of the type fair's in , fv vb, gb , ok etc.
But if Letsbeef keeps a COMPULSORY character limit of say 120 characters then indeed the voters will have to explain the votes at least up to that limit . Well there is a possibility that if this thing is implemented less votes may come up on battles as many people are lazy to type those 120 characters in their vote.
The solution for this is : The credit thing, for each battle letsbeef deducts 1 credit. While for each vote it adds up 1 credit. But If a little amendment is made in this then my idea can definitely work out.
If 2 or 3 credits are deducted after each battle and only 1 credit is added up after each vote it will definitely make battlers vote up on the battles.
Also we will find some creatures who would just comment up
fvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv to fill the characters. But if every votes are examined then VP of such peeps can be decreased and even such voters shall be banned for a week or so.
I really think this will improve voting system in text battles and hence lessen the amount of fv gb / dickridden votes.
