Nothing. But all it takes is a little investigation. Just use your noggin and better judgement and you'll get to the bottom of it.
And you can't block the FVC because that defeats the purpose of having an FVC.
If you put in place the abillity to block an FVC member then people will naturally abuse it just because the votes didn't go their way, no matter how fair and educated the vote was. Being able to block them would be a bigger head fuck to police than weeding out odd imposter.
