haha ya i been smokin... my thing is that i get reverse munchies now like i dont be hungry or wont wanna eat after i smoke so if i smoke all day i wont eat my 3 meals... thats the only really unhealthy part i've noticed i just gotta eat before i smoke where as u lost weight when u quit everytime i cut down my smoking i gain...
if you a true smoker you know the deal.... best way to do it is just like 2-3 fat jays a day...blow it up big once a month or so
