I know we have the chat box in forums. But some people like myself multi-task and it would be easier to communicate without having to swap pages with voice over chat. Ventrilo is secure and safe to use. I will even volunteer to pay for the server, set it up, maintain it, moderate it and delegate all officers on the page with admin rights.
Pros:
Easy to use
enables the ability to fully multi-task
Voice over freestyle battles (this can be used for events)
Secure
cheap to host(I will pay for it so free for the website)
More concrete approach to chatting with members of the site
Easy to download/set up to desktop
Cons:
costs money
Takes up a little bandwith
Implemented Controls for the Cons:
I will pay for it
You all should have high speed internet anyways so bandwith shouldnt be an issue
