Is the audio recorder still glitched????

I've tried using it on chrome, and it glitches my vocals, causing them to delay, and to cut out in parts.

I've tried it on Mozilla Firefox, and it sends me to some page with: "All star cypher" on it, that has been recorded 30 seconds through, and won't allow me to press the record button for my verse.
