Here Is My Proposed Plan For A Crew Draft:
• There Will Be 4-8 Crew Leaders
- Voted In Unanimously By Everyone, If They Agree To Doing The Draft.
- Strong Active Leaders Who Are Going To Help People Grow And Test Their Rap Abilities.
• Draftees Will Then Be Drafted Equally Among The Crew Leaders At Random.
- Pick A Number Then Go In Sequential Order Of What Was Closest, They Each Pick A Person Then Repeat Until All Draftees Are Drafted.
• Crews Will Be Placed In Social Groups Until They Agree To A Name Among Themselves, At Which Time The Leader Will Make The Crew.
• Captains Will Then Be Decided With A Leader's Recommendation
• Captains Have The Ability To Put In A Transfer Slip To Another Crew Captain If A Member Would Like To Leave The Crew, Both Leaders Must Agree To A Transfer.
• Crew Tournament To Follow In 2 Weeks

• Reasons To Do The Draft •
Promote Crew Activity
Ability To Test Crew Strengths (No More Talking Shit Or Having A Bunch Of Good People In Your Crew And Saying Your The Best) This Way We'll See Who's Actually The Best.
