Eth I don't mean staff should be strict, I just think they shouldn't go off on members that are trying to help, if they get abuse, abuse them back, but mods START a LOT of shit on LB. I know a fair few members have left LB because of the way they are treated by staff.

Off the back of degrees mean nothing in business, studying business helps a lot regarding understanding basic business principles and definitely the principles of marketing and how to market products/services effective, granted I also believe that business is best taught through experience, or just somebody who has a raw business instinct, but when it comes to marketing there's a science to it, so when I said people that know about business I mean have studied it / have experience. You cannot know a lot about business without either trying to do something yourself and putting your own business theories to practice or worked in a business environment, or have studied it.
