He's like Volgins spirit or something. His build, the coat, the boots, the way he lifts his arms before he disspears. thats def Volgin. That could be Pshyco Mantis playing with Bosses head though because he floats to the next floor just before the Volgin spectre walks out of the Elevator.

And yeah I'm almost 100% sure the nurse is Eva. If you read her lips she say's "It's me" before she runs out of the ward
