Go to the Cypher drop down button at the top and select Start Text Cypher.

Then choose whether it's gonna be a solo drop, open cypher or private cypher that you'll invite certain people to drop on.

Next, in the topic of the cypher box, just type in whatever you want your cypher to be called.

Then you'll choose the amount of lines/bars for your cypher and you should be ready to click the START CYPHER button.

If that doesn't work for you, report it in the bugs section of the forums and a member of staff will take a look into it for you.
