Well, the two sides have been at war since the first Korean War took place. But, what is alarming is the incessant rhetoric in quick succession. And another alarming fact, is that North Korea is no longer allowing South Korean workers into the factories on the North's side of the border. Shared companies, mind you, between the two sides. And the issuing of a formal state of war by North Korea.
