When we say someone "can't rap" are we talking about style/content or their actual rapping skills?
Drake has actual rapping skills and Rick Ross can ride a beat. Some of their music's content though I wouldn't consider "real Hip Hop" or I'm just not a fan of the whole style. But the muthafuckas can rap.
