I wonder how open that probability of victim/crime is. Does it happen all the time out of mission?

I do love how they threw in some parkour aswell. Like in AC, it just adds this complete new dynamic into the game that doesn't hold any bearing on the storyline or anything, but is just that little bit more entertaining to the gameplay.
