Exactly. You were an admin first, and it failed. NOBLE, Askari etc. were also mods first, and it failed. What's wrong with splitting it up a bit to see if it succeeds?

And EVERY site has divisional moderators. Asking someone to be in charge of an entire live site isn't fair. You have to delegate duties to people. ILL has FVC because he's shown talent in voting. He hasn't in GFX or (maybe) topicals, so why should he be there over V3 or Black Book? They each have their roles, and if their individual section fails, then they have to take responsibility for lacking the creativity to keep it interesting. If every mod is there, people feel that others will pick up the slack for them. When all do this at the same time, shit dies.

Voting is bad, a mod in charge of voting has been appointed. What is the issue really?
