FEMA was conducting bio-terror drills on September 10th in NY. September 11th, they put those drills to use. the London train bombings...same thing. Drills around that area concerning how to react if there are explosives on a train. now FEMA & Homeland Security conducting a course 20 miles from Sandy Hook ON THE SAME DAY about how to address the needs of children during and after a disaster?
