The 1st two answers you spewed were complete bullshit

and the third answer doesn't explain the amazing coincidence of why drills related to dealing with children in disasters were carried out the same morning of the Sandy Hook shooting only 20 miles away from the school.

and the last answer, like your first answer, is a copout. In other words. You should've just answered questions 1 & 4 with "Damn, I really don't have an answer for that".
