thanks guys, appreciate the help, yea will take in everything said except Vistrol who is just a hater every thread but thats no problem.. people hate you for doing bad and hate you for trying to better your own life, don't see the point but ok , that youtube vid was intense but helpful.. again thank you guys for the help , in no time i will be in excellent shape and i will make a comeback statement in 3 months to thank you guys for believing
