Dono would have been my first choice, but since he objected, I'd nominate him for topical mod in a heartbeat.

Verity deserved a shot. I feel she could handle it, has the tenure here, gets along with most on a personal level and I trust her character.
Other nominations some wouldn't agree with:
Erupt and Unyqe.
I feel both are solid guys that generally would work to better this site, come up with fresh ideas and I think both have the character to be mod material someday.
Just my 2 cents.
And for the record guys, the shoes you'll be filling are mine. I'm backing down some to work on some outside shit that'll take most of my attentions. I'll still be around in some fashion, just not as staff.
