in a word..yes.
i mean its not about how many people hear you...its about how many other people the person making the claim that someone is great has heard.
ex: if i was the only person to ever hear Illmatic, i'd call NaS the greatest. but if someone who never heard anyone else rap heard it and called it the greatest..they couldnt make that claim..
its not the amount of people hearing it...its the qualification of the person making the claim
