I can buy 25k fake followers for $20 what's the point if they're just blank accounts with a profile image and a bio?

Accounts like this were going up to $150 on eBay before eBay banned it. Its not illegal but its agasinst twitter and eBay's policy to sell twitter accounts. You CAN sell twitter services though
