I feel that diss track are more personal, as to battles are for sport you know? At the end of a battle, you say good shit, shake hands, shit like that. Good sportsmanship in general. But when you make a diss track it's usually out of bad blood, you are trying to make em catch a feeling or two, hurt their pride. You don't say "Good diss man" when you get dissed. If they get ya good, you say "The fuck"? And you respond and beef starts.
