Mindless, haha its a bitch in it lol... thing i find good is to just writ anything. It doesn't have to be battle oriented... can be a few lines of meaningful metaphors or even just blain ole jargin lol...
But just keep asking yourself what can i add to make this line/bar better. What can i take away/re-word to make it flow better etc etc...
Best way i fond myself to get out of a writing slump is to write a LB text 32 battle.... it may take 2-3 days work input (lotta time starring at the screen lol) but after it, your back on track.. Your brains back in the rhyme thinking sort of mode.
