But Just, so people that ain't dropping tracks, don't get an opinion on who is TRACK H.O.F worthy?

So if you weren't in the Studio with Tupac or Biggie.. You don't get to say if their dope or not?

I mean I know what you sayin.. But to me it seems like alotta people who HAVE actually dropped tracks.. think that the people who HAVE NOT dropped tracks - Some how, have no clue at all about what is and what isn't a good track lol.
