Hypothetically, 89% of the site doesn't know how to utilize the moderators correctly. Conversely that same 89% couldn't find the forums to save their life. Tell a Friend. Nahmean?
Yeah definitely.

Like on the flipside.

At the end of the day it requires everyone to do their part. For instance mods can offer as many incentives as they like. But if people don' t show, then it's a lost cause.

Everyone has to be pulling in the same direction otherwise it all just goes to shit.

But I do believe that as mods we should be doing everything we can to get the members involved and hyped. That's personally why I became a mod.
