I bought the Beats By Dre beat box, the iPod dock thing which is £350 over here and on the box it has a picture of the speakers being used with an iPhone 4, when you actually try and put the iPhone 4 in the dock.. there's not a compatible stand and it has to go on the wrong thing to work which fucks up the inside. I took it back to the shop and had a massive argument with the manager about it.

He said 'the picture on the box is only artwork, and doesn't mean that's what is inside the box'

My reply was 'so if i put a sandwich in an iPad 2 box and sold it, it's only artwork so it's completely plausible, right?'

Then i went all marketing expert on his sorry arse, customer service in England is nothing like it is in America, sarcastic cunt.
