Thanks for that @Just €. I'm not taking anyone's side by asking these questions, but I think if they are answered and if we form some sort of consensus about staff etiquette in the forums, then we can avoid problems like this in the future. Here are the questions that came up in my mind as I was reading this thread and the other one.....and anyone may feel free to add your own questions/suggestions to these.

1) Should we determine who is allowed to organize threads (sticky and unsticky) made by other mods in the text and audio lounges?
2) Should staff members be allowed to change the crew names of other staff member' crews without being asked to do so?
3) Should staff members be allowed to edit threads created by other staff members without asking permission?
4) Should staff members sticky random posts in the text or audio lounge at whim?
